These terms govern your participation in the Driverse Bristol Driving Simulator Pilot Program ("the Pilot"). By submitting the reservation form, you agree to these terms.
This is a pilot program designed to assess interest and demand for driving simulator training services in Bristol. Submitting the form does not guarantee that the service will launch or that you will receive a simulator session.
There is no guarantee that the driving simulator service will be launched. If the pilot does not sustain sufficient interest to support this business idea, all participants who showed interest will be notified via email, and all personal data collected will be immediately deleted.
If the pilot is successful and we proceed with launching the driving simulator service, participants who submitted the reservation form will receive:
You have the right to take up these offers or decline them. These benefits are not transferable and are subject to availability.
By submitting the form, you consent to us collecting and analyzing your preferences and contact information to assess demand. Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
This pilot program does not involve any payment or financial commitment from you. You are simply expressing interest in the service.
